After another long waiting for the Santa Barbara Airbus we finally arrived. During the bus ride we got to talk to a guy (Joseph) from Miami who already were studying at SBCC. He told us a lot about Santa Barbara, where to eat, what to do and visit in our spare time etc. He offerd us a room in his appartment with sauna, hot tube, pool and a lot more, but today it turned out that it wasn't avalible anymore :(

But... today we meet up with the manager of the tourist information who is a swedish woman. She was very helpfull, rang a landlord she knew and asked him to show us one of the appartments he rent out. Just in a few minutes we found our selfs sitting in her car with her son driving us there.
Unfortunately the appartments weren't furnished...

Right now we're sitting at the hostel, checking out the american "blocket" who's called Craigs List. Here's many shared houses, shared rooms and shared appartments we can phone, so keep your fingers crossed for us from home :)

Dad: Here it isn't a matter of what car you have. The question is with colour your van has. Every car is huge and mostly it's little, tiny women the driver.
